The SUMHONG Crucible Electric Melting Insulation Furnace is designed for efficient melting and heat preservation of aluminum alloys. Ideal for use as a side furnace for die casting machines, it can also serve as a small-scale zinc alloy centralized melting furnace.

Technical Specifications
- Wall Temperature: The furnace wall temperature does not exceed 60°C after 48 hours of normal use.
- Electricity Consumption: After normal melting, the electricity consumption is 0.45 kWh per kilogram of material, with a melting capacity of 100-200 kilograms per hour.
- Heating Time: Takes approximately 3 hours to reach an aluminum temperature of 680°C from start-up.
- Insulation Power Consumption: Covering the furnace, normal insulation requires 15 to 18 kWh per hour.
